In order to carry on its expansion, Mega Centre Kubota and its divisions are looking for a new addition to fill the position of Business Development and Customer Experience Specialist. The successful candidate must be bilingual (French-English) and have strong sales skills. The selected candidate will have to honor our motto: ‘’Serving you well is our top priority!’’ and thus contribute to provide a very high-quality customer service experience.     • Under the responsibility of the Director of Operations, the successful candidate will be primarily responsible for increasing the company’s customer base, promote value-added services and loyalty program. In addition, the chosen person will participate in the development and execution of new business development projects in our four (4) divisions.
      • Promote and sell the company’s value-added services to previous current and potential customers;
      • Execute growth strategies;
      • Prepare certain contracts and activity reports;
      • Perform various activities related to after-sales service;
      • Demonstrate rigor and attention to detail;
      • Be self-reliant and resourceful;
      • Be empathetic and passionate to people;
      • Participate in the implementation of value-added products and services;
      • Project a professional image of the company, build a relationship of trust with the customer and increase satisfaction with the services offered;
      • Work closely with different departments and divisions;
      • All other related tasks.
      • 3 to 5 years of experience in sales and customer service / call center;
      • Telemarketing experience, an asset;
      • Relevant training in marketing, sales and/or communication, an asset;
      • Knowledge of agricultural and construction equipment as well as utility vehicle, an asset;
      • Positive and customer-oriented attitude;
      • A great desire for learning and flexibility;
      • Great ability to adapt to different situations;
      • Energetic, tactful and excellent listening skills;
      • Excellent telephone, interpersonal and written communication skills;
      • Results-oriented approach and focus on meeting goals;
      • Ability to work under minimal supervision;
      • Hold a valid driver’s license;
      • Ability to analyze problems, document situations and do follow-ups;
      • Able and available to travel frequently between our divisions located in Val d’Or, Que. and Temiskaming Shores, Ont;
      • Ease to work with different systems and knowledge of Office suite;
